Follow these steps to extract company information from online directories and convert it into a usable table.

Step 1: Open Web to Table

Use Web to Table to convert directory pages into a structured table.

Step 2: Identify the Data You Need

Go to the directory you want to scrape and identify the elements you want captured, such as company name, website, and other details.

Step 3: Paste the Directory URL

Paste the directory URL into the input field.
You can scrape multiple directories at once.
*Each directory scraped will appear as an individual table. You can use Merge to combine them into a single table if needed.

Step 4: Specify the Data to Extract

Enter the specific data points you want extracted from the website page.

Step 5: Set the Page Limit

Enter the maximum number of pages you want to scrape in the provided field.

Step 6: Fetch the Results

Click the Fetch Details button to retrieve the scraped data.

Step 7: View Your Table

Your scraped results will be available in a few moments and ready for enrichment or further processing.
