If you have a list of companies and want to identify people by their job titles, we have a robust tool called the People Finder Agent that uses a variety of sources to find the right contacts.
Required inputs:

Website Url, if your list doesn't have one please use the Official Website Finder.

Your titles, always provide a fall back

If needed, your analysis instructions should also mention the location and the number of contacts you want identified per company.

Step 1: Search for People Finder in the search bar and click to set it up.
Step 2: Add Instructions
Enter your analysis instructions in the People Finder Agent text area.
Then enter the specific job titles and roles you want to find, written in order of hierarchy and with fallbacks.
For example:
“Find the CEO, If they are not available, find the Managing Director or Finance Manager of @company name using @website.”

Step 3: Configure Inputs
Select the column that contains the website data.
If you want emails as well, enable the checkbox to find email addresses for the profiles.

Step 4: Run People Finder Agent
Click the Run Tool button to execute the People Finder Agent configuration.
Then click the Run column button to run the People Finder Agent.
Step 5: View Leads Using Transpose
Once the results are ready, you can use Transpose to view only the leads that were found.
Click the three dots on the People Finder column to open the column options.
Select Transpose Column to rearrange the data structure.

Step 6: Review the Results
The results are now presented in a usable format, with identified contact persons and emails (if enabled).
