How to score companies/leads

Ideal Customers

Also known as "scoring" - we have an AI agent that can collect particular data points and use them to determine whether or not a particular company is relevant, or how relevant/not relevant a company/lead is.

Step 1 - Add a new ICP

You can add your own ICP or let our AI agent determine your ideal customer profile for you.

If you provide your company website or existing customers, the AI will come up with your ICP

E.g Kuration AI

The system automatically generated this ICP based on a list of customers/prospects and the website

2. Add Enrichments

In this example, we're looking at 3 signals/data points to score a company

  • headcount: bigger company is better

  • whether or not the company is a SaaS or not

  • wether or not the company has a niche ICP

Step 3 - build the scoring formula

just need to add the data points that should be taken into account in the formula

-> you can decide what signal is the most important

-> you can also tell the system if some information is a deal breaker - e.g, must be B2B.

Make sure the weights are balanced.

In a table

you can add your scoring agent. Accessible from the Toolbox

Click on the ICP you want to add

Confirm and run the flow

Run ALL

Final output

A few things to know

  • You can remove companies that are not meeting the threshold.

  • You can add the scoring agent to any list you made with Kuration and score each lead.

  • You can create as many ICPs as you want.
